About the Artist
From the sunshine state to the land of the midnight sun, I am a beach born Floridian who migrated to the last frontier of Alaska. I never thought I'd call the glacier fed streams and snow capped peaks of this beautiful place home. But here we are.
I am a wife to one handsome man in camouflage, and a mother of three princesses who climb trees. I am an artist, a homeschool mom, and an Air Force veteran. I am a yoga loving, tea drinking, gardener. I lose myself daily in the woods that surround our home or words of books, or both.
I draw. I paint. I write. I doodle. On paper, canvas, walls, and wood. I dream of projects big and small, of 'one days' and 'todays' and 'yesterdays.'
I am inspired by this place we've chosen to live and love. The trees and mountains, the rivers and rocks, the dark cold nights of winter and never ending days of summer.
I am inspired by the four souls whom I've been charged by the highest King, to guide and nurture, to protect and cherish, as mother and wife. Their individual personalities and differences, brought together in the common bond of family.
Snug and cozy in our quirky little house in the big beautiful woods.
